As an Entrepreneur and Career Coach, my passion is helping people be successful and strategic in every aspect of their career! Some of the most significant career support is offered in the areas of Career Management, Individual Coaching, Solopreneur Development and Workshops/Seminars that focus on current employment/business trends and issues.
After working in numerous corporate environments helping clients to recruit, train and develop staff, I started my first company On the Move Staffing Services, which focused on temporary and direct –to- hire staff. However, I saw first-hand the personal and professional disconnect individuals had between a job and a fulfilling career, from this unique vantage point, I chose the most natural path as an entrepreneur to once again pursue the next step in my career path…. Coaching individuals to help them create and focus on aligning their personal values, professional skills and goals within their careers and lives! This lead to the creation of On the Move Careers-A Career Strategy Firm, focusing on individuals who are ready to make a MOVE in their career!
Having in-depth knowledge as small business owner and the hiring process of individuals allows me to provide clients with a wealth of information and resources that are applicable in their path of self-discovery and success!
